This is 'Crow Crag', Uncle Monty's holiday cottage in the cult film 'Withnail and I, real name Sleddale Hall in Wet Sleddale. Recently it has received lots of press attention as United Utilities, its current owners, are selling it.

If you are interested it has a guide price of £145,000 and will go under the hammer with Savills Ltd on February 16
